What it is

Glass, bonded to your paint.

A ceramic coating is a liquid glass layer that chemically bonds to the finish. Once cured, water sheets off, road grime struggles to stick, and the sun and salt that dull Utah paint work against the coating instead of your clear coat.

The practical difference shows up on wash day. A coated daily rinses clean in a fraction of the time, and it looks freshly detailed doing it. The person with the I-15 commute gets as much out of this as the person with the weekend car.

Application is a controlled process. The paint is corrected first, the coating goes on by hand, and it cures under infrared lamps before the car moves again.

The chemistry is Modesta.

Modesta is hand blended in small batches in Japan and installed only by certified studios. We were the first in Utah and we are still the only one, and the products, the installers, and the process are all certified as one system.

Does a coating replace paint protection film?+
No, they solve different problems. A coating handles chemistry, sun, and grime. Film handles rocks and physical impact. Plenty of cars leave here with film on the front and coating everywhere.
How do I wash a coated car?+
Hand wash with the routine we teach at pickup, or leave it on a maintenance plan with us. Never automatic car washes with brushes.
How long does the coating actually last?+
The product ratings are real when the car is washed properly. The care kit and the two week checkup exist to keep the coating working like day one.
