Everything we tell clients in person, written down. How to care for the work, what the warranties actually cover, and straight answers to the questions everyone asks.

A sample of the most common ones. The full library covers every service and grows every time a client asks something new.
Every car leaves with a care kit and this advice in person. The first days matter most, so here it is again in writing.
Skip washing for the first week while the film cures. Moisture pockets and silver edges are normal early and settle on their own. Come back for the two week checkup, it keeps the labor warranty valid. Hand wash after that. Touchless is fine, brush washes are not.
Keep the windows up for two to five days while the film cures. Haze or small moisture bubbles can hang around for ten days, then they leave. Clean with a damp microfiber or ammonia free cleaner only, and keep sharp edges and pet claws off the glass.
Skip washing for the first 48 hours while it cures. Use the included Modesta care products and nothing else. Never add wax or sealants over it, the coating is the protection. Monthly hand washes with gentle soap keep it performing.
Skip washing for the first week after install. Get bird droppings and sap off quickly, they etch vinyl faster than paint. Hand wash with the two bucket routine below. The two week checkup applies here too and keeps the labor warranty valid.
Most swirl marks come from washing. Two buckets fix most of that, and it takes no longer once you have the habit.
The wash bay routine, same at both studios
Two layers on every install. The material manufacturer warranties the film, tint, or coating itself, and LUXE warranties the labor. The two week checkup after film and wrap installs is part of keeping both valid, so we book it before you leave.
Full warranty terms per service are available at either studio, written in plain English with the exclusions listed honestly.
Every department has a training ladder, and the people running them climbed it. If you're a die hard car person with the patience to master one step at a time, we want the resume even when nothing is posted.
Send a cover letter and resume to careers@luxeautomotive.com with the role you're after in the subject line. The cover letter is required. It's the first test of caring about details.
